Although there is obvious chemistry between the two Darcy's overly reserved attire threatens the blossoming relationship.

There have been many spin offs from the Pride and Prejudice franchise such as The Liz Bennet Diaries on YouTube, which was an adaptation of the original book but conveyed in a series of vlogs. TV mini series Pride and prejudice, which aired in 1995, that starred Colin Firth as Mr Darcy and finally Bride and Prejudice, which is the one I'm comparing the original to.

How different is it from the original
This film includes singing and dancing from the characters as a sign of celebration or heartbreak. Also the film is set in India whereas the original is set in the countryside of England. Another difference is the character names, they gave these characters traditional Indian names to fit the setting of the film.

There are many recognisable stars throughout the film, such as Aishwarya Rai who is a big star in the Bollywood world and also winner of Miss World 1994, Daniel Gillies who is known for playing Elijah Mikaelson in the hit TV shows Vampire Diaries and The Originals. Another familiar face that appears in this film is Nitin Ganatra, who is more commonly know as Masood Ahmed from EastEnders.
